Description
Manuel Plasencia designed the logotype of the parking meters of the Blue Zone for the Societat Municipal d'Aparcaments i Serveis, at present known as Barcelona de Serveis Municipals (BSM). The symbol was quickly extended for the rest of the country by its simplicity, arriving even to many European capitals.
